Connie Can Crop - Challenge #62 - Anything Goes

It is Anything Goes month over at Connie Can Crop.

This month's sponsor is Treasure Box Designs. They have some really cute SVG's. I choose this skunk gift box to work with.

 

 

 

 

My son had a stuffed skunk when he was young, he didn't go anywhere without his, "Mr. Skunk".

 

The file is a female skunk but I switched a few things around and made it a male skunk.

 

 

I cut out the gift box but cut it, using only the front for this card, I used the entire box for my DT project which will be posted later this month.

 





I added a bit of color to the background with my eBrush then assembled the skunk and added him to the card. I used jewels on his eyes. The sentiment panel was attached with foam pads.

I used chalks to color my image, used Bazzill Basics paper for the card base and a scrap of green.

Design Team - Penguin Tag

This is my first DT post for Connie Can Crop.

I was in need of a gift tag for a birthday present and this little guy was perfect for the job.

 

I started with this image from this month's sponsor, Kitty Bee Designs.

 

 

 

His little tummy looks like a heart to me so after printing the design onto heavyweight card stock I colored it red with colored pencils then I colored the rest of him and added some googley eyes and some alphabet letters I have had in my stash forever. I cropped the corners and punched a hole to add a piece of twine at the top.



It has been a lot of fun working with Kitty Bee Designs . Thank you for stopping by to take a look at my project.

Jo's Scrap Shack - #163 - Anything Goes

I'm so excited, today is my debut as part of Jo's Scrap Shack DT. This week's challenge is, "Anything Goes".

 

I had the super cute, "Winter Bingo" from The Cutting Café to work with. With so many cute digis to choose from, I decided to use as many as I could to create some, "Winter Note Cards". I will be sending them to one of my pen pals for a Christmas gift.

 

 

 I used the large size pre-colored set to create my note cards. There are 10 different images so I made 10 different note cards.

 

Here are all 10 note cards.

 

They are all tucked into the gift box I made for them. I used one of the uncolored mini images for the tag.
