It is really hard for me to think, "fall" as we are still in the 90's here in northwest Arizona. I have to draw from my memories of living in the frigid north most of my life. I wanted to take part in the Add A Little Dazzle challenge this week so I did my best to think, "chilly".
Recipe:
Cardstock
Burlap
Ribbon
Craft metal
Flower and leaf punches/dies
Zva Bling
Flocking, Stickles, sequins, pearls/jewels
My card measures 5.5" tall x 8.5" wide when folded, I ran my cardstock through my eBosser with the Dotted Elegance embossing folder.
I frayed the burlap and covered with some Tim Holtz Distress Stain, I used the Peeled Paint color. You have to fray the burlap first or you will get bare spots if you color then fray.
I used my Spellbinders daisy dies to cut and dry emboss the flowers, then I distressed with my Imaginisce distresser tool.
Add your ribbon and bling then adhere the burlap to the card face and decorate with your flowers, leaves, sequins, etc.
I printed the sentiment with my printer and layered onto a scrap of Kraft paper then I added a few pearls to the corner.
I'm entering this card into this challenge:
