Birthday Card

My friend Joel just had a birhtday yesterday. He still loves Elmo, the, "ribbon" is a pin and can be removed so he can proudly wear the pin declairing that it is his special day.

Joel's fav color is blue just like mine.

Card is cut from the Cricut Christmas Cards cartridge @ 5.4". I hand cut the lighter blue and used a cupcake embossing folder.
Elmo and the font are from the Cricut Elmo's Party using the same blue as the card for the shadow, orange and yellow for the layers. I attached a pin to the back and adhered to the card with a piece of velcro (soft side on the pin).
