Pat's Birthday Card

My friend Pat's birthday is just around the corner, here is her card.

Plaid rectangle is 4 ¼” tall x 3” wide
Large circle is 2 ½”
Small circle is 2” Recipe:

Card is 5 ½” tall x 5” wide when folded
