David's Birthday Card

My son has really been on my mind lately, I can't help but worry about him first there was a huge snowfall in Tokyo which paralyzed the city and then he went to Malaysia for a 16 day business trip, he is helping to produce a tv show.

Shortly after his departure, I received a box of Japanese candies, crafting papers and a few CD's of pictures he and his wife have taken since thier trip here last March.

His birthday is coming (not to June but we can never be to prepared, can we?), I picked this skunk stamp for one of my prizes from a previous blog challange win with his birthday in mind.

Recipe:

DCW Everlasting Love Stack
Cricut Pack Your Bags Cartridge - I used the Float Stamp cut, I welded two together for the card base, cut it at 4", the stripped layer was cvut at 3", top layer at 2.6" and the poka dot layer was the Drink Stamp cut at 4.75".
The skunk stamp is from Sweet and Sassy Digi Stamps - Sylvester Skunk Shares his Cake.
Hero Arts - Birthday for the , "Happy Birthday"
colored pencils to color stamp
Black and white bakers twine and two jewels to finish it off.
