It is time for a Sketch Challenge over at Connie Can Crop. We had this sketch to work with:

The winner gets 3 files from Miss Kate Designs.
I made 2 cards for this challenge:
They are exactly the same except for the colors. I made the colored version using scraps from a wedding scrapbook I just finished. The black and white version is scraps from the wedding scrapbook I had made for my niece. I used the, "Wedding Words" file from Miss Kate Designs. I resized the heart to measure 2" high and, "wedding" is 3/4" high. I cut the hearts out twice for each card so that I could mix up the colors.
Both cards measure: 4 1/2" wide x 6 1/4" high. The 3 strips are 1" wide x 4" tall.
The scalloped piece was created with a border punch from Martha Stewart.
Please come and join in the fun at Connie Can Crop.
Sue, I just love you made two versions of the same card. So unique each of them, yet using the same elements!
ReplyDeletenice cards! I am fond of the black and white one!
