Photo Scavenger Hunt - #1 - Naturally Occuring Heart

Thanks to Alicia over at Golden Goddess Designs I have to join in on this Photo Scavenger Hunt .

The first item on the list is a, "wild heart"....hummm....where in the Arizona desert can you find a naturally occurring heart? As I was taking a post card out to my mailbox for the mailman to pick up today I actually spotted one in my very own front yard.

We stumbled across a very small cactus growing wild in the yard 2 years ago, I decided to transplant it into an empty spot we had where we had lost a shrub the year before never dreaming that this little plant would grow to be as big as it is as fast as it has.

Here is a picture of the entire plant.

You can see the heart shaped pad over on the right.

Here is a list of the items on the scavenger hunt. I'm wondering where I'm going to find numbers 2 and 3. If you want to join in on the fun, follow the link to the scavenger hunt above.
