Recipe:

Wedding Image from The Paper Shelter
Cardstock, velum and clear craft plastic.
Cricut Christmas Card, Accent Essentials and Paper Lace cartrdges.
Flowers, jewels, ribbon.
Cuttlebug and dotted folder.
Adhesives, foam pads.

Print 2 colored wedding images so that it measures 3.5" wide x 3.5" tall on to white cardstock. Print an uncolored version of image on vellum at same size. Fussy cut bouquet from one of the colored images. Layer the velum layer directly over the colored layer, adhere bouquet to top of velum layer. Using Christmas Card and Accent Essentials cartridges cut accent #27 shift at 3 1/4" on scalloped side of card #2 from Christmas Card cartridge (cut card at 5 1/4"). Cut second card at same size with the cardstock you plan on layering with and a 3rd card at the same size and window with the clean craft plastic.
Trim the layer and plastic so that the plastic fits directly on top of front of card, the layer so it fits the way you want it to.
I used the scalloped frame from Accent Essentials cut at 5 1/2" then trimmed off the scallops.
Run all layers except for the plastic through Cuttlebug with dotted folder.
Adhere the layered images on inside of card face so that you can see it through the window you created on the front of the card. Adhere plastic directly over this, adhere layer with foam pads, add the frame.
I cut the sentiment from Pape Lace at 1 3/4" and attached to card using my Xyron 1 1/2" sticker maker.
Adhere flowers to corners of frame (I used my hot glue gun) and jewels to layer as desired.
